LEGAL CULTURE AS FACTOR FOR DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONAL POTENTIAL OF MODERN YOUTH

Abstract. The article is devoted to investigating the problem of developing young people’s personal potential. Nowadays personal potential is an object of a number of researches. At the same time available scientific experience does not allow identifying the sociological aspect of the studied problem and observing social influence on its formation and development. The goal of the article is to conduct a theoretical analysis of the conception in sociological aspect and to design a model of the influence of legal culture on its development. The author introduces a structural model of personal potential, identifies the place and role of legal culture in the formation and development of young people’s personal potential, justifies the mechanism of their mutual influence.
