PECULIARITIES OF OBJECT OF CRIMINAL-LEGAL PROTECTION FOR CRIMES COMMITTED WITH USE OF COMPUTER TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract. In the article the analysis of the object of the crimes committed with the use of computer technologies is carried out. The author grounds the separation of the whole set of social relations in the sphere of computer systems security as an independent object of criminal-legal protection and suggests changing the title of Chapter 28 of the Criminal Code of Russia "Crimes in the Sphere of Computer Information" for the clearer assignment of the object of the deeds criminalized in it.
