LEGISLATIVE FUNDAMENTALS OF LEGAL SECURITY FORMATION OF MINORS IN RUSSIA

Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of the state of the legal security of children in the Russian Federation. The historical aspects of the development of the notion of legal security, the current regulatory-legal array as a basis for the formation and development of the legal security of a child, the influence of international tendencies on the native legislation in the sphere of the development of the rights and security of children in our country are analyzed. The author reveals legislative prerequisites for the reinforcement of the legal security of a child in the sphere of social and legal relations as a full-fledged subject of law.
