ON PROBLEM OF PARTICIPATION OF THE JEWS IN THE RUSSIAN REVOLUTIONARY MOVEMENT AT THE END OF THE XIX - THE BEGINNING OF THE XX CENTURY

Abstract. Using the materials of the biographical reference book of the Society of Political Convicts and Deportees "Political Penal Servitude and Exile" the author made up a chart of data base sampling the representatives of the Jewish nationality from the total of the members of the Society of Political Convicts and Deportees. The article examines the resulting indicators that contain information about the age, social background, education, profession, as well as the features of revolutionary activity among the Jews.
