MIGRATORY SITUATION IN MODERN BASHKORTOSTAN (BY THE MATERIALS OF ETHNO-SOCIOLOGICAL RESEARCHES)

Abstract. The article examines the problem connected with external migration in the Republic of Bashkortostan in the modern period. The analysis includes the data of ethno-sociological researches conducted by the author in 2005 and 2013. The researcher took a sample of the attitude of the youth of the Republic towards migratory processes, which, as the investigations testify, are perceived ambiguously. In her study the author revealed the basic reasons and factors of tension in this segment, presented an analysis of modern state migratory policy.
