MATERIALS OF RATE-CONFLICT COMMITTEES OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES IN TYUMEN IN 1921-1929 AS HISTORICAL SOURCE

Abstract. In the article the author analyzes the book-keeping documentation of the rate-conflict committees of Tyumen industrial enterprises, which were the primary instance for the consideration of labour disputes between working people and management in the 20s. The materials of rate-conflict committees are a mass source that allows exposing the reasons, essence and means of labour disputes settlement. The proceedings of rate-conflict committees indicate that the number of disputes increased every year. The main reason is dissatisfaction with the welfare standards of working people. Only by the end of the 1920s a small part of labour disputes assumed a political nuance.
