Abstract. The article considers the correlation of the historical, cultural and creative principles determining the development of a human being and society. The process of creation constantly follows the development of culture throughout history. But culture, besides creation, claims also for the processes of destruction, which sometimes are initially enclosed in the interiors of creation. The author concludes that if history presents the quantitative attributes and dynamics of creation culture accentuates its qualitative specificity and stability. Decisive is always an image of a human being determining the orientation of creation and the limits of destructiveness.
