FAIR JUSTICE AS TOPICAL PROBLEM OF HUMAN RIGHTS POLICY

Abstract. The notion and main features of fair justice, the stages of the development and formation of this principle in Russia are considered in the article. Special attention is paid to the analysis of human rights policy in modern Russia as a necessary element of fair justice formation. The examples of the law enforcement practice, concerning fair justice principle operation in the Russian Federation, are given, the correlation of censure and punishment in justice context is analyzed.
