PECULIARITIES OF MOTIVATION OF MODERN PERSON’S CREATIVE ACTIVITY

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of the motivation of the person’s creative activity in modern society. The issue of relation between motivation and creative work is important both for the study of activity and for the understanding of the person’s formation, since a person expresses his/her essence in creative activity. Creative work as well as any other social activity is determined by the value-motivational sphere of a person that is characterized by the variety of motives. The objective of the work is to expose and reveal the dominating motives of creative activity, which are defined by the needs, first of all, in self-realization, self-perfection, devotion and recognition.
