TOPICALITY OF PHILOSOPHICAL UNDERSTANDING OF PREJUDICE PHENOMENON

Abstract. The article traces the ways to study prejudice phenomenon that is of urgent interest not only for scientific cognitive discourse but also for the modern processes of the Russian spiritual culture. The author of the article tackles the problem of the moment of bias existing in traditional gnosiological approaches with regard to prejudice, which is associated with the natural aspiration for overcoming bias in cognitive process.
