FOREIGN POLICY OF AFGHANISTAN IN THE 50-70S OF THE XX CENTURY

Abstract. The article is devoted to the foreign policy of Afghanistan in the 50-70s of the XX century. The paper is aimed at the investigation and analysis of the basic areas of the foreign policy of Afghanistan. The task of the research is to identify the stages of the foreign policy of Afghanistan, to specify the criteria ensuring the identification of the stages of the foreign policy of Afghanistan. The author suggests distinguishing three basic stages of the foreign policy of Afghanistan in the 50-70s of the XX century, which, in their turn, are closely connected with the change of political regimes and ideology in Afghanistan.
