"CONCEPT OF STATE" AND "CONCEPT OF NATION" AS PHILOSOPHICAL CATEGORIES

Abstract. The article reveals the correlation and hierarchy of the notions "concept of state" and "concept of nation". State is considered as a visual superficial part of nation. That’s why it’s shown that appealing exceptionally to the concept of state may lead to false conclusions about the condition of nation. Thereby the notion of "concept" and its revelation in the concepts of state and nation are suggested. Each of them has its own objective in the general development of the country, and only their profound study allows revealing its true value and historical meaning.
