CONFIDENCE AS SOCIAL MANAGEMENT CATEGORY IN THE USA ARMED FORCES

Abstract. The article analyzes the experience of investigating and implementing the social phenomenon of confidence in the management of the USA Armed Forces. The author considers confidence as the relations between society and military institution and also as the social relations within the institution of the armed forces by the example of the USA Army. The paper presents the results of applied sociological and interdisciplinary researches.
