Abstract. The article reveals the specificity and essence of world outlook interpreted through human culture, within which the activities of human beings, their existence are realized, and which represents itself as the most effective method of its study. The author accentuates the fact that world outlook is viewed upon as a component of such element of culture as mentifacts, it is submitted to the same general laws of formation and development, which are typical for culture in general.
