MACROECONOMIC FACTOR OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM EUROPEANIZATION IN ALBANIA AND FORMER YUGOSLAV REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA

Abstract. The article considers the relationship of macroeconomic factor and the Europeanization of public administration system in Albania and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. The authors conclude that the level of economic well-being influenced the "loading" of the EU model in the process of their accession to the Union. According to the authors, the external factor that positively influenced the course of Europeanization was the inflow of direct foreign investments. The latter were a tool of the economic policy of Greece in the region and did not take into account the poor investment climate of these countries.
