LABOR RESOURCES OF SOVIET INDUSTRIALIZATION WITHIN FRAMEWORK OF GULAG SYSTEM IN KOMI AUTONOMOUS SOVIET SOCIALIST REPUBLIC

Abstract. The article describes the analysis of the problem of the forced and so-called "voluntary-compulsory" labor of the soviet citizens in addressing personnel affairs in the process of socialist industrialization at regional level. Several categories of penitentiary system personnel in the Soviet Union are determined according to the degree of unfreedom. The author comes to the conclusion about the formation of the special "market" of free and relatively cheap labor force employed in the essential industries and directions of the USSR in the 1930-1950s.
