SPECIFICS OF AGRARIAN SEGMENT IN PARTY SYSTEM OF MODERN RUSSIA

Abstract. The modern Russian party system is a mixed conglomerate of political parties differing from each other in goals and tasks, ideological orientation, political potential. In this system there are parties representing its agrarian segment. The policy documents of these parties emphasize the problems of the country and agribusiness industry, which nowadays experiences serious crises, and which development is evidently neglected by the state. The author pays special attention to the specifics of the modern condition of the parties of agrarian orientation, their institutionalization, policy documents and further political prospects.
