POLICY OF LAW OF THE RUSSIAN EMPIRE OF THE 30-50S OF THE XIX CENTURY IN RELATION TO ILLEGITIMATE PERSONS

Abstract. The article examines the tendencies of the legal regulation of the status of illegitimate persons in the period of the 30-50s of the XIX century. The author provides the analysis of the legal status of such persons among the peasantry and other classes, reveals special features, regularities. The researcher identifies reasons for the prevalence of illegitimate births in the investigated period, concludes on the nature of state-legal policy in relation to illegitimate persons, discovers its traits.
