CONCEPT OF SOCIAL MEMORY AND ITS HEURISTIC POTENTIAL (BY THE EXAMPLE OF "ORAL HISTORY")

Abstract. In the article the concept of social memory is formulated from the perspective of the post-non-classical understanding of this phenomenon. By the example of "oral history" the heuristic potential of the concept "social memory" is studied. The necessity to change the subject of research within the framework of the historical studies of social memory according to the modern paradigms of social philosophy provokes the need to use the methodological tools of "oral history".
