SOCIAL POLICY OF THE YENISEI INLAND NAVIGATION COMPANY IN THE SECOND HALF OF THE 80S OF THE XX CENTURY

Abstract. The article examines the social policy of the Yenisei inland navigation company in the period of the twelfth five-year plan. The author describes such spheres of social policy as building houses and social infrastructure facilities, building volume. The paper analyzes the factors that influenced the outflow and consolidation of the staff, focuses on the activity on accident prevention at work, the improvement of working conditions, cultural and educational work at the navigation company enterprises.
