POLITICAL CULTURE OF WESTERN LIBERALISM IN THE WORKS OF A. S. PANARIN

Abstract. The article is devoted to the creative heritage of the philosopher A. S. Panarin, who in the 90s of the XX century came out with the scientific criticism of the western liberalism imposing everywhere its own conceptions on the social and political world order. The urgency of the article consists in the fact that A. S. Panarin’s works are not yet popular within the world community of classical scholars. Meanwhile they present the precise characteristics of the western region and socio-political forecasts that were to come true after the death of the Russian scientist. The article analyzes A. S. Panarin’s views on the political culture of the western liberalism and investigates the emphasized by the thinker principles of the political life of the liberal West.
