IMPLEMENTATION OF STATE POLICY ON MIGRANT FAMILIES’ ALLOCATION IN THE SOVIET FAR EAST DURING 1946 - THE 1950S

Abstract. The article is devoted to the complex research of public authority’s activity on the implementation of resettlement policy and the allocation of families in the Russian Far East during the post-war period (1946 - the 1950s). The features of the organized recruitment, voluntary resettlement of citizens and the role of demobilized soldiers in the increase of the Far Eastern population are considered. Particular attention is paid to the problems and difficulties of migrants within the region territory.
