PARTICIPATION OF FORENSIC EXPERT IN CRIME SCENE INSPECTION RELATED TO FIRE-ARMS USE

Abstract. The article considers the participation of a forensic expert in crime scene inspection. Requirements to the procedural registration of the protocol of crime scene inspection, questions that arise during the inspection of scene and the methods of the detection, removal and fixation of shot signs are analyzed. The form of the fixation of shot signs in scene inspection protocol and the method of describing empty cases are identified and substantiated. The authors pay special attention to determining the mechanism of shot signs formation, the time and reasons of their appearance.
