THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF LAW CONFLICT PREVENTION

Abstract. The article reveals the legal aspects of law conflict prevention. The aim of the article is to analyze the state of the problem in the legal field of modern science and state. The notion and specificity of prevention under consideration are determined. The author emphasizes the main directions of preventive work at general social, general legal and individual levels. In the process of identifying the factors of preventing conflicts the technology of their predicting and determining preventive measures is developed.
