EDUCATIONAL AND MATERIAL SECURITY OF THE 1 ST TURN OF GENERAL COMPULSORY MILITARY EDUCATION IN REGIONS OF THE SIBERIAN MILITARY DISTRICT AND THE TRANSBAIKAL FRONT (SEPTEMBER 1941 - FEBRUARY 1942)

Abstract. In the article the author analyzes the problems of the educational and material security of training military units, which the state and party bodies, military commissariats and social defense organizations of Siberia faced during the first turn of general compulsory military education. The attempt of the critical analysis of the achievements and problems of the 1 st turn of general compulsory military education within the territory of Western and Eastern Siberia in autumn of 1941 - at the beginning of 1942 is made.
