STAFFING OF PIONEER ORGANIZATIONS OF PROVINCES OF THE UPPER VOLGA REGION IN THE SECOND HALF OF 1924 - 1925

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of pioneer organization staffing during the period of the second half of 1924 - 1925. The issues of the forms of pioneer leaders training and payment to pioneer workers are researched. Against the background of all-union tendencies the specificity of the situation in the Upper Volga region (in the borders of Vladimir, Ivanovo-Voznesensk, Kostroma and Yaroslavl provinces) is revealed. The author focuses on the low qualitative level of pioneer personnel, the problem of the remuneration of young pioneer leaders’ work, which was one of the factors of the serious crisis of pioneer organization by the end of 1925.
