STATE CONTRACT CANCELLATION IN CONNECTION WITH ITS UNILATERAL DENUNCIATION

Abstract. The article reveals the regulations of the new norm of Federal Law № 94-ФЗ "On Placement of Orders for Goods Delivery, Work Fulfilment, Services Rendering for State and Municipal Needs" that lets in the possibility of state or municipal contract unilateral denunciation (Article 19.2 of 94-ФЗ). The author describes the grounds, order and consequences of such cancellation for contract parties, notes possible legal problems connected with the article inclusion into the law text and contradictions emerging between the Article norms and other legal acts. In conclusion the author gives general assessment of the new regulations of 94-ФЗ.
