LEGAL REGULATION OF AGRICULTURAL LAND CONFORMING USE PROVISION

Abstract. In the article the problem of the regulation insufficiency of agricultural land legal condition not passed to usage as own or basing on secondary rights is raised. A way of operating legislation further perfection is suggested as to providing involvement into agricultural production and conforming use of all agricultural land regardless of subject composition and rights type to this category of land.
