REPRESENTATION OF JOINT STATE POLITICAL DIRECTORATE – PEOPLE’S COMMISSARIAT FOR INTERNAL AFFAIRS STAFF AT KOMI REGIONAL PARTY CONFERENCES (1922-1940): TO PROBLEM DEFINITION

Abstract. In the article the delegate’s corps composition of Komi regional party conferences from 1922 till 1940 is analyzed. The main content of the work is the analysis of the representation of Joint State Political Directorate – People’s Commissariat for Internal Affairs staff; the general characteristic of the social make-up of this group delegates is given according to nationality, social position and educational level. The author generalizes new material on the researched theme: delegates’ questionnaires and summary lists from the funds of the National Archive of the Komi Republic.
