".I WANT TO STRUGGLE WITH HIM": TO HISTORY OF PROTEST MOODS OF PUPILS OF SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS IN RUSSIA AT THE BEGINNING OF THE XX TH CENTURY

Abstract. In the article the walk-out of one of the pupils from Ryazan gymnasium of the beginning of the XX th century is considered. On the basis of archival documents analysis – the gymnasium’s head report and pupil’s application – school administration and pedagogical council’s position is studied. Special attention is paid to the application content, where the critical assessments of educational and upbringing process in secondary schools are directly connected with the political system of the Russian Empire. The conclusion is made about protest moods popularity in pupils’ environment.
