Abstract. The dynamics of radio availability to the rural population of the Central Non-Black Earth region of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic in the middle of the 1940s – at the beginning of the 1950s is researched in the article. State broadcasting functioning and the policy realization of radio installation in the village are described on archival data basis. The author pays special attention to radio spreading statistics analysis, the characteristic of radio-information structure and intensity, the reasons of radio weak entry in the rural population’s everyday life.
