FOLK FESTIVALS INFLUENCE ON TRADITIONAL FOLK CULTURE CONSERVATION AND USE

Abstract. The article attempts to study the question of folk festivals influence on the conservation and use of traditional folk culture. It is mentioned that in view of typical features, a large range of diverse programmes, where folk traditions occupy the most important place, customs, and other cultural-everyday elements these festivals are one of the most effective forms of traditional folk culture presentation, and they productively influence its conservation and use. Attention is paid to the fact that this kind of festivals meets its goals and objectives in the full extent on conditions that professionals, researchers and folk art bearers should be attracted to their organization and realization, and also the experience of the world leading festivals should be used.
