TRUSTS IN CONTEXT OF RESORT BUILDING IN THE CRIMEA

Abstract. The article, basing on studying the materials of the central and regional archives of Ukraine, considers the process of the formation and development of resort trusts in the Crimea. The legal aspects of resort trusts organization are analyzed, the main directions of their activity are revealed, and the features of these companies property fund are determined. As a result of the research the significance of resort trusts in the resort management of the Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic is determined.
