LIABILITY FOR INDUCING OTHERS TO USE NARCOTIC DRUGS, PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES OR THEIR ANALOGUES

Abstract. The author conducts the criminal-legal and criminological analysis of the crime under Art. 230 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inducing others to use narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues), shows the social danger of this criminal act, represents the problems arising from the qualification of the crimes related to inducing others to use narcotic drugs, and suggests the set of measures aimed at preventing (minimizing) such crimes and their consequences.
