STUDY OF PHILOSOPHY IN VIETNAM DURING COUNTRY RENOVATION

Abstract. The author analyzes the main directions of philosophical thought development in Vietnam, mentions that the policy of the country comprehensive renovation and the study of the contemporary western philosophy acquired a system character after 1986, and tells that today the contemporary western philosophy is officially included in higher education establishments curricula and has a new name – "non-Marxist philosophy".
