POLITICAL CONCEPTION OF LITHUANIAN-BYELORUSSIAN SOVIET SOCIALIST REPUBLIC ESTABLISHMENT (DECEMBER 1918-1919)

Abstract. The author researches the questions related to the political arrangement of the Lithuanian-Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic (December 1918-1919), undertakes the attempt to determine the dominant factors influencing the establishment of the Lithuanian-Byelorussian SSR, and shows the historical role of the Lithuanian-Byelorussian SSR existence in the formation of the Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic.
