LAWYERS’ PROFESSIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS ROLE UNDER CONDITIONS OF LEGAL STATE

Abstract. The author considers the role of legal consciousness as a factor of legal state formation and the role of lawyers’ professional consciousness in the matter of crime prevention, emphasizes that the front element of legal consciousness is lawyers’ professional consciousness, mentions the importance of legal practitioners’ participation in the process of law-making at its various stages, and in the current research analyzes the forms of legal education implemented by legal practitioners.
