TYPICAL INVESTIGATIVE SITUATIONS OF PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION OF ILLEGAL DRUG SENDING

Abstract. The author analyzes the criminalistic features of the initial stage of crimes investigation related to illegal drug sending, considers typical investigative situations, characterizing the presence of information about the fact of the wrongful act and the criminal personality – the sender of mail correspondence, and determines concurrent investigative leads, as well as the features of conducting investigative actions at the initial stage of this crime investigation.
