"DEKULAKIZATION" OF THE GERMAN VILLAGE IN SIBERIA: STAGES AND FEATURES. 1929-1935

Abstract. The author determines the stages and features of the German village dekulakization, in particular shows that the rate of "identified kulaks" was significantly higher in the German colonies than in the whole of Siberia, the expropriation of the farms was mainly carried out without the participation of farm laborers, poor peasants’ groups and poor and middle class most active members, and, according to the author, the main methods, by which the state reached its goals, were administrative coercion and repressions.
