Abstract. The author, basing on the philosophy of logical atomism, undertakes an attempt to formulate the idea of ?? legal reality universal scheme, which includes three elements: attitude – norm – thinking that claims to have a universal significance, an ontological, objective status; and substantiates that these elements relate to each other as an empirical object and semantic premise, arranged by the lawyer’s constructive thinking into a complex phenomenon – a legal fact.
