ECOLOGICAL CULTURE IN LEGISLATION OF RUSSIA AND THE COMMONWEALTH OF INDEPENDENT STATES: COMPARATIVE-LEGAL ANALYSIS

Abstract. The author presents the comparative-legal analysis of the norms of society ecological culture level increase in the Russian legislation and the documents of the Commonwealth of Independent States, and basing on the comparison of the norms of the Model Ecological Code for the CIS member states and the Federal Law "On Environmental Protection" makes suggestions for the improvement of the Russian ecological law norms, devoted to ecological culture.
