Abstract. The author, basing on the analysis of the existing procedural law provisions and the judicial practice materials of Ukraine, reveals the notion of judicial proof in civil procedure, the attributes and types of evidence, as well as some theoretical and practical problems of the legal regulation of judicial proof in modern proceedings, and presents a comparative characteristic of scientists’ points of view on the problems of judicial proof and evidence.
