Abstract. The author considers a possibility to supplement the provisions of Chapter 25 of the Civil Procedural Code of the Russian Federation with the norms simplifying legal proceedings on individual cases, mentions the complexity of the legislator’s task – the search for balanced fast and efficient legal procedures, characterized by the efficiency and availability of subjective rights protection, and formulates procedural rules that are appropriate to include in the chapter content.
