Abstract. The author considers the activity of the Central Committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League on the administration of Komsomol press during restructuring period in the Soviet Union, shows the influence of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union on the administration of Komsomol press implemented by the Central Committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League, reveals the objectives, activity directions, features of Komsomol press, pays special attention to the structure of Komsomol periodical press, and reveals the problems affecting Komsomol press development during the period under consideration.
