COMMUNICATIVE NATURE OF NORMATIVITY OF UNIVERSAL LIABILITY ECOLOGICAL-ETHICAL PRINCIPLE IMPLEMENTED IN URBAN SPACE

Abstract. The author analyzes the sources of the normativity of one of ecological ethics declared principles - the principle of universal liability, conducts the analysis by the specific example of a local ecological problem solution within a town, and concludes that universal liability that people have in relation to each other and to nature is formed in the course of stakeholders’ communication in a conflict ecological situation.
