PRIVATIZATION OF INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS AT THE END OF THE ХХ TH CENTURY AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE COUNTRY ECONOMIC SECURITY

Abstract. The author considers the connection between the reforms in the sphere of industry and their influence on the economic security of the state, conducts the analysis of one of the most serious reforms of the 90s of the ХХ th century - the privatization of industrial projects, presents the views of various scientists concerning this reform implementation, and statistical data, by which analysis we can trace how this process was taking place; gives his own estimation of the privatization process; and comes to the conclusion that the privatization of industrial projects was conducted according to the worst scenario, and this had a negative impact on the economic security of the state.
