BOLIVIA AND THE USA RELATIONS UNDER THE PRESIDENT E. MORALES’S RULE (2006-2013)

Abstract. Today there are few countries in the world, which openly oppose the intervention of the USA superpower in their affairs. Bolivia under the President E. Morales’s rule became one of such states. The purpose of this article is the research of the US-Bolivian relations during the rule of this leader. The author analyzes the current diplomatic conflict between Bolivia and the USA, pays attention to the success of the Bolivian side actions in it, and concludes that this research contributes to the study of modern international relations in general, their regional features in South America and also makes it possible to reveal the features of the US policy in this region.
