STYLISTIC GUIDELINES FORMATION IN DMITRII SHOSTAKOVICH’S YOUTHFUL TRIO

Abstract. The author researches one of the earliest and almost forgotten works by D. Shostakovich in the context of his artistic style, tells that the analysis of the First Piano Trio allows tracing convincingly the origins and implementation of the stylistic guidelines that are the most important for the composer: inclination to aphoristic nature and scherzo, the graphics of writing and the theater plasticity of music material, the specificity of lyrics; and concludes that in general the determination of stylistic vectors in Shostakovich’s early creative works vividly proves (by the example of youthful Trio) an inextricable link between late-romantic traditions and the ideas of modern art.
