Abstract. The author analyzes the current state of the implementation of budgetary federalism ideas in Russia, reveals the existing problematic in this field, which, in turn, allows revealing the significance and practical value of using inter-budgetary interaction principles in the formation of the current legislation of Russia, as well as in practice; divides the principles into two units - common law and special, and gives a brief description of each of them in terms of their influence on the state administration effectiveness.
