CORPORATION REPUTATION CAPITAL INFLUENCE ON BUSINESS AND POWER INTERRELATIONS NATURE

Abstract. The author analyzes the intangible assets of the company in order to determine their influence on the nature and specificity of business and power interaction under the conditions of limited resources, emphasizes the reputation capital of the corporation as an integral element of administrative resource, distinguishes between the notions "reputation" and "corporate image", and comes to the conclusion about the influence of reputation capital volume on the interest of the state in constructing interrelations with business.
